About 40 years ago from now, fortunately, I visited an automotive plant in Germany.
There I saw just “A single plant in Chile" said to have thoughtful facilities and a manufacturing environment.
On the other hand, though efficient machine tools were being used in Japan; a person riding on a unicycle was engaged in carrying away the chips extracted there.
I was surprised to see the perfect chip processing in Germany and felt a sense of danger/ crisis in the dirty plant environment of natural Japan. An excellent product doesn't seem to come out from a dirty workplace and a very bad working environment.
Can you compete with the product made in that German plant?
I returned back to Japan and started a Japanese plant engineering company as a progression; and ahead of the competition with other companies, began to design and manufacture chip conveyors to transport chips. With such a thought that “betterment is not expected in the current environment”, making equipments and giving suggestions for improvement, is a life time work.
Our company provides an overall support to general industrial machinery; from constructing designs for chips transportation, crushing, de-oiling, recovery, processor coolant device which generates by machine cutting considering automobile industries and steel manufacturers as target objects, till follow up of the same.
